Great property! Location goes unnoticed by most people passing by which keeps it pretty quiet here. It only takes a few minutes to walk to everything in downtown LB and the beach is just a block away. Great team of professional staff work here, which for me largely decides whether or not I have an enjoyable place to call home. They are receptive, knowledgeable and very caring towards tenants and their pets. The tenants of 442 are very courteous of one another and I would highly recommend this community.

WOW!!! Joey is by far the best leasing manager/resident manager I have ever worked with. Since moving to California about 8 years ago I have lived in a lot of places. None took the time or had the desire to learn my name, greet me daily, or invite me to events knowing I was new to the area. Joey has not only done each and every one of those, but has become a good friend. Joey is straight about everything the lease includes, easy to work with, returns calls/emails promptly, and sometimes just calls/emails to check-in. No review can accurately describe the care Joey takes with each and every residence. If you are looking for a place in Long Beach, then call 442 and speak with Joey!

I just moved in one month ago and I already feel at home! Joey, the manager has been so amazing. He's more than willing to help with anything, he made my application process a breeze and he makes you feel like family which for me is a huge plus!!!! He welcomes you with open arms. He even remembered me from a year ago when I was looking to move here. That says a lot. This community is small and it feels very intimate rather than being in a high rise where you rarely meet many neighbors. Here is home. I would recommend living here definitely. Also, you can have large dogs which many places don't allow 😊

Fantastic apartments that are located in a prime position in downtown Long Beach with gorgeous views. You'll be walking distance from plenty of food joints, entertainment, and the beach. The apartment staff are par to no one. Maintenance is quick, the apartment manager (Joey) is a fantastic person, and they all work toward residents not only living a quality work life, but also enjoying their stay. Look forward to the next monthly get together, the community is really friendly! (Bring your pets! They're welcome too!)
