I been on the food business for almost 13 years. Normally I buy my merchandise In the store at Torrance ca. ( JETRO ) where everyone is very polite, respectful and the best customer service. I started going to this jetro about 6 months now, and this jetro (the long beach one) is the one worst Customer service I ever had. Employees are always with a bad attitude, some times you even get scared to ask for help due to that they are going to give you a bad answer or even ignore you. All cashiers are not polite and rude, they look at you like if your making them a really bad day just by being there. I think they all need clases, how to give a good customer service.

As a truck driver ill give them 5 stars just for all the help finding this store. As for store location they get a 2 star. Definitely no parking except on the street. Been to better places.
