So I was talking to an employee by the phone and nicely told her to transfer me but I gave her my name and didn’t gave her my last name. I will be filing a complaint on the employee Erika. So rude, always rude, I don’t know why she is even working there, she always rude to me, that’s why I was say to transfer me to another employee.

I love this office. Many people come here for the wrong reasons. It's not a regular DMV. You can't get regular services there. This is for DUI, medical issues, suspensions for points. This photo is not even this office. Misrepresentation of what this location does.

The worst. Every time I call, There is always a woman who makes rude comments to me whenever I ask questions. I am just being careful because this branch suspended my license TWICE DUE TO AN ERROR THEY KEEP MAKING WHEN EVER THEY LOOK AT MY CASE.

You, then your medical professional, fill out a Driver Medical Evaluation form DS 326. Then send it in to a DMV DSO. mail or fax.
Our opinion of if it's fair or not would bear no merrit. Though your situation is unfortunate, I doubt the suspension is purely because of lupus and insomnia, unless either has the ability to affect your driving ability. Maybe the suspension is because of another item.
You take the form to the DMV Driver Safety Office; not the regular DMV office. Or you can fax it. The DSO will review it and inform you of their decision, and what next to do.
Call back to the oc office and give them your correct phone number have them email it to your hearing officer
