I went to get my PCV valve hose replaced here and get my smog done. I already had the new PCV valve with me and I had told the mechanic that I just needed him to take the old one off and replace it with the one I had brought. He tried to rip me off and tell me that the PCV valve I had brought was the wrong one and was going to charge me for a new part. I told him that it couldn't be because I bought it from the exact same model vehicle as mine. He rolled his eyes and spoke very rude to me. He was hispanic/Latino young about 30 years of age. BEWARE.

Eddie and his crew are good people. Putting a bad starter in my car is a mistake I guess any shop can make but what was bad for me was when I called and talked to Alfredo about it he argued and acted like it might not be their fault and I was so worried all night that they might not take care of it. Jim would have just said don't worry about it Jackie just come in and we'll take care of it and it would've been fine. Everything turned out fine his mechanic realized they put a bad starter in and they replaced it and I'm on the road! Thank you for making it right.

Excellent place to take your vehicle. I have an older dodge truck. They were able to work on it with no problems. I was updated every step of the way on the progress. I never felt pressured to make any repairs that needed to be done. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Only criticism if any is they are a Monday thru Friday shop. It makes it hard for those of us who work. But with that being said, they are worth the effort of rearranging your schedule to take them your vehicle. Appts are highly recommended. They will do fast, efficient, and correct work. This was my first time coming here and I will always take my vehicles back to them.

These guys are awesome, the most professional and courteous group I've ever encountered at a shop. Brought it in for a busted valve which is a big job, they got right to work and had it back in a week. They kept me fully informed with phone calls and emails. I highly recommend Eddie's Auto Care. A year later I had them smog it. Passed without a problem, I was in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Eddie's Auto Care.
