I had high hope for this place, because of the customer care on the phone and reviews. I originally reached out because it said online they that had a certain car part that I desperately need. I called and was told that they definitely had this part and that I could come pick it up the next day. Well, that day is today- I drove 2 1/2 hours both ways from LA just to be told that they couldn’t find it, even after they assured me that they did. They told me the business next door would have it. I had to call, standing outside because the business next door didn’t have a customer office and after talking for a while, discovered they too did not have it. Not to mention, it is 95 degrees today. I am very disappointed in my experience.

I called around asking for price on a headlight for a 2001 honda odyssey I was getting prices of $75-$150 around this location,there was another place that gave me the same price of $50 but they didn't have it in stock I had to order it, but here they had it in Stock looks in good condition and it was $50 flat. Diane was very professional and quick to help me.

Riteway yea right, Wrong way is more like it, they are soo rude i don't understand how they are still in business who would put up with their hostility and still pay them for any kind of service? Step it up and get new employees. There is a reason why your ratings are horrible Both the women and man who answer the telephone need to just work in the back and not deal with the public or graduate from a charm school first before opening their mouths
