Confusion abound with people waiting and waiting and argued upon but nevertheless quite efficient when I finally dealt with the spectrum associate(female). It’s Oxnard and more Oxnard. I just love it.

At first when I walked in the store, I immediately wanted to walk out because of how many people where there. But I decided to stay, thank God theyb had some confey couches to wait in. The line went pretty fast, everyone working there handled people's situations fast and I didn't wait as long as I thought I would have. The people at spectrum are professional and friendly. Now I know why I switched from Verizon to spectrum.
