Alex was awesome. On time, efficient, super helpful & knows his stuff. Oven was taking forever to heat, he had a new ignitor in and working in an hour. Gave us maintenance tips for the other appliances as well (we just moved). Would definitely use them again.

I discovered my Viking range wasn`t working yesterday morning and I contacted Professional appliance repair. I had a pleasant conversation with the operator, which was easy to communicate with, by the way. Scheduling didn`t take a lot of my time, thanks a lot for that. The technician arrived the next day on time and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He did a great job. Reasonable price. Very satisfied. Definitely will use them again and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you guys

We had a issue with LG dryer was making loud noise , I called this company and was a very friendly technician came on time, worked very professionally .He provided the maintenance for my dryer for free. Extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable cost to repair the dryer. I will definitely called again for any other issues if happens. On time and all the part were in stock, so did not have to wait for it.
