It seems like Verizon's customer service stance has changed. Their "Assistant" app doesn't assist you. Unless you're a new user with no experience. If you want a guided tour,that's great. But if you have a real question the Programmed System can't answer?

I’m really not the one to leave reviews but I have to call out great customer service when it’s is due I had the pleasure of Sam helping me out today and my device was in a pretty bad situation and let me tell you this man went through everything to make sure my phone was updated with the proper information and it wasn’t for me he just did this for I saw him do this to Multiple customers as well and on a Friday busy 4th of July weekend he kept his professionalism and was a friendly face just like all the other wonderful associates at this store !!

I bought a charger for my phone it was $22 including taxes the customer service isn't great but I got what I needed. I had to request multiple times to get a receipt finally he went to the back to print out a receipt. I needed it since it is business expense but a person shouldn't ask for receipt several times after requesting one after a purchase. Yes, Verizon has good USB-C car charger. If you are not in hurry you can buy it online with free delivery and don't have to ask several times for receipt lol

I had to go back again to this location to get assistance with new and old devices, and even though they were packed up to the gills with customers (myself included). They worked very efficiently to serve us all in timely matter. I have to note Sam's work, he was a Pro. Thank you Sam. Good work man. This is my second review for this store. Awesome job guys! VS.

Why can't Verizon remember my wifi password?
It's always been my experience that if you get in there as soon as they open the process is pretty quick. But I've also been in there at 3 in the afternoon and the service was very quick with few people on the store. But get in there when they open and your golden.
Your going to need to call or go into the store to have that done.
