This post office has five cashier windows but only one open??? 20+ people waiting in line!! Took me almost half an hour to ship one box!!! Whenever you can, print your own shipping label and just drop your package off.

This USPS needs help. It must be understaffed because the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. If you have to go to the little pick up window, have fun with that because there's never anyone working it. I feel bad for the staff members because they always look miserable and overwhelmed. Get these people some more help! It's also in desperate need of a facelift--it looks like no effort has been made to update the interior space in decades. Everything about this post office is sad.

This review is no regarding the postal workers, they are always great. My problem is how the outside is so unkept. This is the filthiest and dirtiest post office outside I have ever been to. I have been using this post office for over 22 years now and in the last 5 years the outside grounds have gotten worse by the month. There are obviously no gardeners that care for this place. Everything is dead by not watering, nothing gets trimmed, the parking is horrible! The walkway into the post office has not been power washed in years and is filthy. The homeless hang around in the planters and by the entry and leave all there trash and nobody picks it up or asked them to leave. There used to be security outside but no more. Downtown Riverside, Corona, Morono Valley, Temecula, Old Town Temecula Post offices are all green and very clean and eye appealing. So why is Riverside Hole/Tyler Post Office such an eye sore and look so trashy?

Thank you very much for your help
It's a little late for your answer, but I just googled it, because I also needed to know about P.O.Box accessibility. As of Sunday, June 19, 2019, P. O. Box accessibility is from 4:30 am until 6:30 pm. Hope that helps. Helped me from making the drive today, from Mo Val, lol.
I don't know the answer
Sorry, but I can't answer this, because I don't speak Spanish.
Not that I know of
You should visit your local post office (you can determine your local post office by your zip code). Asking for a supervisor or a station manager does not mean you will not stand in line. If there is a line you will have to wait for your turn, just like other customers. Now having said that, there may be several reasons why you are not receiving your mails. For examples, 1) Is your mail box always full and you have been warned to always pick up your mails from your box? 2) Is your mail box blocked by you or someone else parking in front of the mail box? 3) Do you have a broken mail box? 4) Is there an hazard such as dog threatening the mail carrier, hanging tree branches that need to be trimmed or other obstructions? 5) Was your box location moved or design changed without the approval of your local post office? 6) Did you moved without doing a change of address with the post office? Change of address can be done online or at any post office in United States. Good luck.
Most open at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, M - F and some at 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, M - F. And 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday.
Nope. You have to bring your own.
I also had a problem about a mailed out package over a year ago and I'm still waiting for a return call. You probably need to go back in again.
Go to USPS.com and then go to tracking packages and put in tracking number .
The Google users appreciate your complaint but the post office will never see it here.
Yes
That information is available online. It is easily accessible, can be Googled. Can be done using USPS website. Any zipcode can be assessed.
Depends..Ross st is split up by 2 routes. But either route should be no later than 12 or 1. But we've been backed up late because of political mail.
Now thats a good question .... They have one behind the counter. For public use i have no idea
Whenever the carriers normal delivery time
The only arses on the road are the drivers especially if this isn't the first time they've let me down
For mail, you can do certified, return receipt requested. For parcels, you often have the option of adding a signature required for a fee.
