We bought a bed during the Presidents’ Day sale and we were super excited to get it today, 3 weeks after our purchase. We were scheduled for 8-11 am delivery window and at 816 am a very nice representative (Debbie) called to say our bed would not be delivered because of a supply chain issue. She is sending free sheets to us. Debbie was super nice and so was the staff that sold us the bed. My problem is the called us during our delivery window to reschedule us to the end of March. We took our old bed apart and now will have to put the mattress on the floor and sleep this way for 3 weeks. Seems like they would have known yesterday that they needed to reschedule. Not happy with free sheets on a 6k bed. I appreciate your canned response but we still do not have our 6 thousand dollar bed. Still sleeping on the floor and the sheets we were supposed to get for this inconvenience came as one pillow cover. I should not have to call customer service because you have my information and already know we are not happy customers. Hopefully you can keep our delivery appointment on 3-30-21. If not we will purchase a bed somewhere else.

We went to Sleep Number in Tukwila, WA and we were helped by Michael. He was super friendly and personable. It felt like he was more focused on giving us all the information about the beds vs. just trying to make a sale. We spent a lot of time in the store trying different beds, and re-trying beds over and over. We never once felted rushed or pressured to make a decision. Michael was patient and gave us lots of time to process and make a decision. It was a great experience and we left felling really confident about our decision. When we left we immediately drove to a large furniture store and the sales experience was so disappointing and different, such a contrast. Michael was great! We will definitely recommend his store to others.

They do. It comes with the delivery. However the mattress can't be heavily soiled. Too dirty to go in there truck....
