I went to this location lot of time. And their service towards me was excellent. If you talk to someone with respect you recieve respect. Maybe others said they weren't treated with respect, sometime its your ways of attitude. They said customers come first so I think some of you'll just using that to take disadvantage of the workers

They don't care at all. It's like their intentionally slow on purpose. They will also purposely not give you eye contact to not acknowledge you.

It depends on where you located at The Main Administration is on E Fayette St. Baltimore, MD 21231 but they use the Anex behind the the Building which is a delivery post office.
Yes, using package intercept. I'm not sure of the fee for that.
Yes, department of state fees are separate from usps fees. You can pay usps fees in any form ie(debit,credit,cash)
Possibly, if there are new residents then they may get the mail and let the carrier know that no one by that name live there and the mail will be returned to the sender.
