Lazy and apathetic. Had a mail hold set and the accumulated mail was delivered in a basket set on the driveway instead of on the covered porch. You guessed it, it poured down rain shortly after the deliver. Who doesn't want a basket of wet mail? The service is just as bad now as it was under the previous administration. Leadership starts at the top and the Postmaster General needs to be held accountable and given the track record, it's obvious he/she leads the apathy culture.

I can't remember their names but two women helped me and they were both lovely! my request took some time and they were very patient with me and helped me through the process and explained everything perfectly! I had to come back the next day to get something else and they remembered me and it was so nice! It was fairly busy both times I went but they can't do anything about that so I didn't mind waiting at all. Keep up the great work!

You have to apply online and make a appointment
Go to the post office and let them know.
Not sure about that. I would say call them but they never answer the phone at the Pikesville office so you'll probably just have to come in.
Very friendly workers it's close to home 🏡
You can go to the post office and ask for a hold Mail card..the maximum amount of days to hold mail is 30 days
