Really pathetic place to live for. I stayed in this apartment for 3 years and the last one of experience is a hell with scaffolding and losing privacy. Finally moved away from the apartment by terminating the lease in July 2021. Despite sending numerous emails (they never pick up a call and it always goes to voice mail), they have not settled my advance amount. $1500 is hanging with the management team since last 9 months, and I dont have a clue on when they are going to send it to me. Irresponsible management, and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This apartment complex is filled with rats and the management company amc is the worst. Nails and construction materials every where. Parking here was already a challenge. The rats are eating the wires in tenants cars. They are still locking in tenants and deny them access to units while sealing and painting 8 hours a day and telling them they cant leave. The management company basically lets the construction crew run the entire property with little or no basic safety issues. I have been hit by falling boards during the renovations just walking to my unit while they were ripping off siding. Not one area was boarded off below to stop any falling object. The construction crew is often on the roof with no safety harnesses on. Several times now maintenance has been doing repairs and walked into peoples bedrooms when they were just their to do plumbing repairs. Why go into someone's bedroom when its not even in the same area. This complex is a nightmare. One of the buildings had roaches in it and they were on 3 floors using the pipes to infest 4 units. Rat holes everywhere. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
