Had went to the pavilion and it was clean as in no trash or leaves covering the floor. Do miss having a kiddie corral , but love it that there is sand in the play area instead of wood chips.

I like this park. Unfortunately, last time I took my son, (about a week ago) both playground areas had some sort of wasps all through the sand. Although they seemed to mind there own business, we left.

Yes the park its self is open and free but for the water park I dont know if you want to see the fireworks you need to got to the ball parks or the High school football bleachers
