Great dog park! One for big dogs another for smaller dogs. I always meet nice people there and have doggie conversations. And its free.

The dog park is. It looks like there are a couple separately fenced areas inside it. The human park is not fenced.
They were when they first open the park
Last time I was there the water cut off around 7:15, I think. I didn't check the time, but I stayed with my son for a solid hour after the water was history. Come early if you're interested in the water feature
All of the tables are in the pavilions. While there are a lot of places in the park that work well for picnics, there are no tables outside of the pavilions.

I'm not 100%, but I think they are stocked. I doubt with trout. Guessing perch, and channel catfish. Maybe check the county parks page?
Yes. You can't go very fast but it is possible, mainly for smaller people I imagine.
