I'm not 100%, but I think they are stocked. I doubt with trout. Guessing perch, and channel catfish. Maybe check the county parks page?
They do keep them stocked with fish, there are catch and release signs on the park but I dont know what fish are there.
I think maybe go to parks department website or call parks dept.
To the best of my current knowledge they do not keep them stocked. I have never seen anybody fishing before. Not to say you can't fish as I've never noticed any no fishing signs
