Honestly was really looking forward to seeing this place cause of the reviews but wow honestly what terrible customer service the leasing office has. I scheduled to tour this place and ended up waiting for an hour for anyone to show up. I called their number which directed me to their call center and they just kept saying oh someone will be there shortly. LMAO. No one ever did. That’s a massive red flag right there.

Pros: The location is convenient, near grocery stores and a walking trail behind the building. The neighbors are kind, considerate, and friendly. There are lots of friendly dogs living here. Although it is an older apartment, it is still clean in public areas. The amenities are nice. Cons: The parking garage doesn’t have cameras for resident parking. I discovered this after a break-in to my car. They responded to ensure increased security. However, I haven’t seen a single security person since living here for almost a year. The driveway into the apartment building is tight and very busy. It has been increasingly difficult given the construction work next door. The package room is disorganized, and I have experienced missing or stolen packages on multiple occasions. There is no service in the building, so you rely on wifi; depending on your wifi service, it can be an issue.

Moving is a pain in the @$$ but let me tell you how much Alex, both Ryan's and the urgency of the maintenance team have been there to make every piece of the painful process more comforting! I made the right choice on location because of the Staff. I've been in Redmond for a long time and while there are growing pains, there are still great people holding not so great jobs (thankless) but going above and beyond to make little ol me a happy camper. Congrats Red160 team for a much deserved 5 star review from someone who appreciates you!
