Excellent appartment to live. Nice Indian community. Very good school. Walking distance to the Lake Sammamish landing park is biggest highlight. Very close to Costco, Fred Meyer & Indian grocery stores. Spent a good few years living in this appartment. Highly recommended.

I had worst ever move out experience with this community just recently. It's true that they treat you as an enemy the moment you decide to leave. They try to bump up your moveout statement with whatever additional charges that they could post and it is total waste of time to attempt to make them understand. They try to make profit out of every moveout and continue to argue. The leasing officer turned out to be very rude and abrupt during our discussion. I wouldn't recommend this community to any of my friends. Worst experience ever. If there is an option given, I would give negative stars.

Nice place to live. Good place for kids. Inviting anyone to visit, it’s a hassle to direct them to find right apartment since it’s a huge community but it’s no ones fault. Just the way it is. Maintenance and service is good too. Only drawback I have is none of the kitchens have a real chimney vent for air circulation. So when you cook smoke gets circulated inside.

I've been a resident at Vesta for 4 years and from my point of view there are two parts to this experience. The first 3 years, before Covid, I usually stayed at work all day during the week and only spent time home on weekends. During this time, everything was good - didn't have any problems with the leasing office or with the apartment. There were two issues I had noticed: people were not disposing of thrash correctly, which always led to animals scouring through it and making a mess all around it. The second issue happens very rarely: when it snows heavily, this complex will be the last one to clear out the snow. Last year it took an extra 3 days for them to clear out the snow throughout the complex, after all other places had already cleaned it. I'd rate the complex 3.5 stars during that period of time. However, in the past year, due to the fact that everyone had to always stay at home, things changed. The complex became a lot more noisy - there are a lot of families with kids and you could indeed hear the kids all day round. Maybe except if it was raining outside. Even trying to drive your car in the complex was a nightmare, as you had you be very careful with all the kids running around and riding their bicycles in the middle of the road. Another, more disturbing issue, was the appearance of pests: rats and even raccoons! In the last couple of months before moving out I saw rats near my apartment building 3 times (and I was able to take this photo of one of them the last time, right as I was cleaning out the apartment). And one night I saw two giants raccoons passing by the front of the porch - that's not something you would like to encounter in the middle of the night by yourself. I'd rate the complex 2 starts if it was only on the past year. Lastly, there is a small thing I should note for other potential residents: the walls are thin. I personally don't mind it that much, but for example I could always hear my neighbors alarms and sometimes it even woke me up, although their phone was only vibrating. All in all: the complex was pretty nice initially, but it has taken a turn for the worse in the past year. Would not recommend it.
