Complex has taken a hit since management changed over from Blair Turner to Thrive Communities. Thrive does not have a good reputation around Seattle and it's already becoming apparent why. We no longer have the ability to have a central hub where we can communicate with other tenants, and communication between management and tenants has effectively also been shut off. I've been woken up for 2 days in a row by 7am rooftop work that was not mentioned to anyone at the complex, and it goes on for hours while I'm WFH (as of writing this review just saw another tenant who has similar complaints that I wasn't even aware of) Thrive, you need to have much better communication moving forward. I don't even know the name of whoever replaced Dynasty, which is pretty disappointing.

I had three complaints to the management last couple of months. One was when my car was scratched in the garage. Second was when one pair of my shoes stolen from my front door. Third was when the upstairs neighbor makes too much noise at inappropriate times and waking me. None of them were taken seriously or resolved. The neighbor keeps disturbing and denying he disturbs and management is fine with it. If you care about quiet neighborhood with no thieves and caring management, never take an apartment here.

The floorplans here are soo tiny.. the garage is also a nightmare. We came to tour and the leasing agent was very kind but the units were not cleaned and some things were just in a disarray. They do have some nice amenity areas which we did like but ultimately we didnt rent here because of the sizing being so small.

I saw that Aria had new apartments available so I sent a request for info. Within minutes, Dynasty called me to find out what I was looking for. We had such an enjoyable conversation, I set up a tour appointment for later in the week. After a few last minute schedule changes on my part, I finally got a tour with Dynasty and it was the highlight of my entire search. He lives on-site and you can tell that her cares about the property AND the residents. He grows fresh herbs on the rooftop garden to make fresh cocktails for resident mixer events. Thanks, Dynasty, for a great tour!
