George did an Outstanding job in a very Professional and Efficient Manner in detecting the cause of the problem and proceeding with the needed repair to correct the problem of the Microwave not working. He is to be commended for his expertise and knowledge of knowing what may have caused the problem and doing the exact repair needed to complete the repair in a very timely manner. Again congratulations for having such an Excellent employee in George Greer. I highly recommend Sears Home repair Services to anyone needing any type of Home appliance repair.

Horrible service. Had an appointment schedule and stayed home for hours waiting. At end of window a robot call tells me appointment is canceled. You want me to reschedule - no way!

I'm shocked by the lack of courtesy and professionalism I experienced from this service, and recommend that you save yourself the time and hassle and find a different technician service. I made an appointment for 12/28, and got a text 20 minutes before the 4-hour time window was up that it was "cancelled". No call or explanation. I tried calling to reschedule, couldn't get a human on the phone. Had to make a new appointment online, and next availability was more than a week later on 01/06 (this whole time I can't use the appliance that needed repairs, btw). Day before and morning of, I get an email confirming the time/date of the appointment. Then two hours before that appointment window starts, I get an email that it's been "rescheduled to 01/11" - no call, no explanation, no apology. Never been able to reach a human being whenever I've called the service during normal business hours. I've been waiting upwards of 2 weeks for this service, and I will not be wasting my time on a third appointment.

We had 2 repairmen out - the first repairman said he found the problem with our dryer and it needed a part we had to wait for. At this point we thought it was worth repairing with a new minor part. The second repairman came to complete the repair and we were told there were also a number of other problems that if we had known from the first repairman we would have never agreed to have the dryer repaired but would just replace the dryer. We have now wasted over a month of trying to get a dryer that dries clothes along with spending unnecessary funds. Very disappointing as we have used this service previously for other appliances with success.

Same happened to me. Technician was sick the day of my appointment. Call and complain and tell them they need to make this right and escalate the priority if they want to earn back your business. It is difficult to find repair services for samsung and LG appliances.
