This is a nice facility with gated entry and easy outdoor access to the storage spaces. I’m sure our belongings will be safe and secure during the months that we require the space. The on-site manager, Gary, is very personable and made the tour and sign-up process easy and straightforward. The fact that he lives at the facility further reinforces the security component.

I have been to the Storage facility two times. Once when I had questions about the facility he was friendly and answered all my questions. The second time today when I was bringing items to put in the storage unit we have. I had questions about locking the unit after I put the items in it. Zach was very helpful and said he would come help/show me how to lock the unit when I was done. I was grateful for his positive assistance today.

My complaint is pricing. When we first started renting mid-2020 the price for us was $237 through 12/1/2020. On 12/1/2021 it was $266. On 1/1/2022 they raised the price to $299. That's a 27% increase in little more than a year! We don't feel we can rely on them to treat us fairly when it comes to pricing. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because the storage facility is quality. Just very upset at their pricing.

The storage is great! The units are big with comfortable drive-up access. Exactly what I had been looking for contractors' business. The staff was friendly and helped out with paper works fast. Highly recommended!
