Warning!!!! I have always had my blood drawn here but the Tech that I had was no longer there. I never ever had any issues until a Tech by the name of AMELIA drew my blood and I had blood flowing down my arm that bleed throw the gauge bandage. I had a bruise so bad that my arm was so sore. I did register a complaint with RGH Labs. If you need blood drawn there, please be careful and be sure that you do not let AMELIA draw your blood. I am so sorry to have to say this but wanted to be sure that another person does not have to go through what I had to.

Got my pregnancy glucose test today and the staff was golden. Very warm and friendly and they went far and beyond. I’m from Macedon and there are no labs open near my are on Saturday. I work FT M-F and is hard to find time to get my blood drawn during the week - the nearest lab open on Saturday was this one the test takes one hour I arrived at 11 am after researching like crazy online for an open lab near me so I was not sure if they could take as they closes at 12 but they did and save me so much time and also gas as otherwise I would have had to drive to Irondequoit next in hopes of service, also this is my first time visiting the lab and got to say that in the future will coming back now that I know where they are located there hours and how welcoming they are to patients. Thank you so much to today’s staff you guys rock!

Suprisingly little wait for a Saturday. About 3 minutes from self-checkin. They seemed to have had 3 phlebotomists on duty. Ruth was efficient, friendly, courteous, and helpful (she forwarded my results (from the specialist) to my PCP.). This is the best visit that i have had at this location.
