The pharmacists here are great. Friendly and happy to help us with our specific needs. Checking on our other refills that might be close to running out. And kind and caaring when giving shots to our child, who's scared of needles. Letting us know when the vaccine was available. It's nice having a friendly neighborhood pharmacist team you know by name.

Usually RiteAid pharmacy is pretty organized and timely. This time I had a vaccination appointment that I had to book and wait for 10 days. On the day of appointment after standing in the queue for 20 min the pharmacist, Ari confirmed my appointment and said they ran out of flu shots a day before. She said she missed communicating as she was busy in an unapologetic tone. A text message that would take 2 min took an hour from my schedule.
