I've noticed significant change and I believe things are getting less hectic for them with a growing crew and welcoming outlook. They are indeed doing their best.

I have had nothing but good experiences. previous management kept me away but the new manager is a cool lady. all the pawnbrokers here are fair as well as straight forward.

Just bad business if i could give 0 stars I would . I called ahead of time and was told the store will be closed from 245-345 for lunch but if I came before 245 it’s ok. I drive from a different city and get there at 230. The doors are locked. The security or whatever comes to do the door and says “we closed for lunch”. I said “the sign says 245 and I just called a few min ago and was told as long as it’s before 245 I’m good” He looks back to the cashiers and said “he said he just called about diamond earrings” then closes the door to talk. Opens the door and goes “it doesn’t matter , we’re closed.” Closed the door in my face and turned around. Their loss though, was trying to sell full carat vvs diamonds.

My experience with this store. 04.13.21. I entered the store and saw an accordion, and decided to buy it. The sellers were trying to convince me that half of the accordion doesn’t work properly, and their specialist checked the accordion, and told me that there was just a buildup of dust inside and in order to “fix” this issue and clean it out it costed only ten dollars and it can be done in any instrument store. I believed them and wasted a lot of time on this. I went back into the store with the same concern and they gave me a list of musical stores in the area, but all of them are located far from where I live. I chose a day that works for me and drove to Seattle to a store. And there they told me that everything that has been told to me about my accordion was not true and that there was a different issue and that there’s only one store that could help me and this store is located in Lynnwood. Wasted another day, and went there. There, they recognized my accordion immediately. He was the person who donated it at the original store where I bought it. For a while, he tried to sell the accordion to them but they refused to buy it because half of the inside of the accordion was unfixable and non existent. They told me that I had been lied to. They took apart the accordion in order for me to take a picture of it and concluded that half of the accordion was missing and therefore could not be fixed. It returned to the original store and showed them the pictures and documents that proved that I had bought a broken accordion. As they refused to return my money, they told me to contact the general manager. I called them, and was told that they would call me back. Over a week had passed by, and no one called me back. Then I returned to the store and requested to talk to the seller who was convincing me that the accordion was in perfect condition at the start. Then and there, they refused to fulfill my request to talk to him. When I asked to talk to the manager, they refused, and when I asked for the manager’s name, they refused once again. I noticed that on the employees’ uniforms there was a name tag, I tried to take a picture of it, and they scolded me for taking pictures in the store. This store is located near my house, and every time I drive by the store, it gives me an unpleasant memory that makes me sick. Store Address: 15226 Bel-Red Rd Redmond,WA 98052

If the jewelry is new, they will want a receipt to show proof of purchase. Otherwise, expect to play by the 1/4 rule. Whatever you try to loan, or sell expect that you will only get 1/4 the price you paid for. When it comes to gold, silver, and other precious metals, you will get closer 1/3, but remember, they are a business and therefore, will not pay you the full value. If your jewelry is damaged, it is processed as scrap metal and you will get very little in return. Hope this helps.
As of right now the temporary hours are 11am to 6pm, Monday - Saturday.
I would call, but I don't think so.
