the food bank is great and has a good amount of hours, the only problem I ever have here is that the staff doesn't supervise people waiting in line and a lot of the people that also visit the food bank are very aggressive in line to the point of even shoving you out of the way so that they can get in before you. it makes it feel somewhat unsafe to go to the food bank and very inaccessible for people who don't have the ability or desire to deal with some of these rude people that come here and are allowed to continue being rude to people.

So just go to the front door and Buzz them and they'll let you in to make the donation. They have a cooking class the 4th Wednesday of every month from 4:30pm to 6:00pm It is the most enjoyable group of people that I've met. We have so much fun and Brian who is our host and the cooking instructor is the greatest. You really ought to check it out. You have to call and let them know that you're coming so they know how much food to prepare and other goodies that that accompanies the class.
