Now called "The Bertha Pitts Campbell" building. Attended ribbon cutting and dedication/grand opening. Beautiful new building dedicated to a woman who spent her life causing positive changes (life story is online). Wonderful staff who managed the completion of the project and wurh partnering agencies. This is one of six buildings dedicated to providing homes to people in need.

Quick stop for a bite to eat: sandwiches, donuts, juices and coffee. They have furniture and stuff people donate. I took a few items beds and stuff until I buy new ones then I usually give it back they will come to your house to pick it up or drop it off on Wednesdays For delivery. When you first get a place stop by here you can pretty much fully furnished your apt. If ya don’t mind used stuff, and don’t have much money. Watch out for bed bugs!!! Look through the furniture you will find them they won’t be alive. Noticed them on a few things they where dead but I took home I sprayed it anyways. By the way this is a soup kitchen and a donation place it’s worth the trip just shake off the dead cockroaches! 😇

Great place if u may be in need of some help, great volunteer's that have alot of generosity to help someone in need. They have breakfast along with snacks as well, coffee is always great. Provides a restroom a phone as well if you may need to contact family work, ect. They also hand out information to find more help and give out canned foods and clothing. Great place to get some help if your struggling at times... They have always helped me when I was in need...

This wonderful place is run by volunteers. Everyone is super patient and helpful. I would recommend this place if you are helping someone get free clothes or house hold items. They are remarkable people with big hearts.
