On hold for 9 minutes just to get transferred and hung up on. I asked if they would call my number back if I left it in the automated callback message, I was told no by your own employee. If that's the case, why ask us to leave our number? I was then told I'd be transferred and be on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes, the moment I was transferred, my call was hung up. Your employees are TERRIBLE and the most useless people I have ever had to deal with.

They've done so much to help me out, I could never say thanks enough!! They helped me get through the darkest part of my life. People who are giving bad reviews are complaining about wait times, uh it's not like you got a job to go to. You're looking for free handouts and all you have to do is sit in a waiting room for a little while... ungrateful people!!

I entered the office at 930am on a Monday with 3 clients visible in the lobby. Went to the reception desk to check in and was told I have to wait until 10 for the service I had requested. During my 30 minute wait I checked the DSHS website and looked around the lobby to find an official posting of service times only to find a crudely scrawled 10 taped over the 9 printed on the sign. The 2.4 rating the office currently has is high in my estimation.

They are really rude and just overall seem like they just hate their jobs and couldn't care less, I'm an epileptic and I had a seizure while I was there in the bathroom and I couldn't get one person to talk to me about how to reschedule they just blew me off. Thank goodness the security guard actually helped or they probably would have just blamed me for having to leave.

Actually you can go in there now
Medicaid and Medicare are two different things. Medicaid is for people with low or no income and Medicare is for old people.
If you go to King County Metro Services on Jackson St between 2nd Ave S and 3rd Ave S (near King Street Station) there is an office for assistance with Orca Lift for low income bus fare.
Yes u you can
Yes, they do replacement cards here. You can also apply/reapply for benefits and do your 6 month benefit review. They give you a card the same day and is loaded with your benefits within a few hours.
