I took my elderly (16 years) cat to them because she was not eating or drinking well. After spending $1,500 on every scan and test they could think to offer the doctor was SURE it was a tumor. We even did an X-ray and the people who reviewd it disagreed with the doctor that it was not a tumor. Still, the doctor insisted that this was probably the case and that it may be best to consider putting her down. We went over our options for her and decided that keeping her comfortable at home was for the best. Thirty minutes or so after this, the doctor calls back and admits he forgot to run a culture and a urinalysis (HELLO? Cats are well know for kidney infections at old age why was this not done first??) we leave the hospital at 1am and take her home to try to make her comfortable. TWO DAYS go by and they get the urinalysis back. It was a kidney infection!!! I rushed her back to the hospital as soon as I found out and she passed away there within four hours of being back in their hands!!!! I never even got an explanation as to how she passed away or what happened while she was in their hands. Why did you all do the urinalysis very last?? Why did the doctor SWEAR it was a tumor when it was clearly not one to the x-ray techs that night OR second doctor two days later?? Please don’t reply to me with “we try our best medicine is hard” because all the doctor had to do was listen to the x-ray techs more who clearly didn’t think it was a tumor (he ADMITTED the x-day techs didn’t even MENTION a tumor as a possibility when they looked at it) I was given a TERRIBLE diagnosis and advice which lead to me making the worst choice of my life, taking her home, instead of leaving her somewhere to get help. I thought she had no chance because of your doctors overconfidence in his INCORRECT diagnosis. I would have left her there for days or paid anything to save her if I knew she had a fighting chance. If he was even slightly unsure what it was after consulting the x-ray techs his only advice to me should have been to leave her for further evaluation, but instead he doubled down that it was likely a tumor.. She was my childhood cat and now she’s gone because of a misdiagnosis and bad advice given by your doctor. I can only hope no one else’s pet ever has to go through what my poor baby did. TL;DL paid 3k for them to misdiagnose, give me terrible medical advice, and then my cat passed away because of said medical advice. Update (08/07/2021) - It has been a year since my cat passed (and this review was posted) and the office has not contacted me once about it, all while replying to other reviews. It is clear to me that they are aware they did something wrong during this process and have no intention to admit to it or make it right. I could never recommend this place to a pet parent. I cannot begin to state how disappointed and saddened I am. Update (08/10/2022) - After two years the office STILL has never contacted me or given me any additional information on what happened. I assume that they will continue to brush this under the rug and I will never hear from them. As far as I’m concerned, they killed my childhood cat and charged me for it.

Our French bulldog Mavis was incredibly sick, it was the middle of the night on a Saturday night, and no emergency vet hospitals were accepting new patients, regardless of how sick the animal was. Rosemary answered the phone here, she was very thoughtful and kind over the phone, encouraged us to come in, was honest and transparent about possible wait times, and upon my arrival came to the car and was so responsive and thoughtful towards both myself and my dog, it was like a dream come true under the circumstances. She took Mavis inside, where Mavis was promptly evaluated and cared for. The Dr. on duty was efficient and appropriate with her interventions and work up. They kept her overnight, with close observation and IV fluids, then arranged for her transfer to a higher level of care at a specialty hospital the next morning. When I picked Mavis up the following morning, she was in good spirits and Rosemary had taken care of everything. The night before I had been very hesitant, driving in the middle of the night from Seattle to Redmond to have my dog cared for in a different town, at an unfamiliar facility, etc. But Rosemary and her crew did an incredible job with the resources they had available, and I can’t thank them enough for the care they provided! Mavis has fully recovered and I could not be more grateful for the care she received here. Thank you Rosemary!!

My 6 week old puppy who I’ve had for less than 1 week suddenly had swelling on her bottom. Fearing a prolapse, I called over 25 vets and emergency hospitals before Redmond said to come and get in line for the night! We did wait for a little over 3 hours but I was told when calling other vets that Redmond had the shortest wait time. They were calm, professional, and transparent about wait time and diagnosis/treatment. The fee was very reasonable, especially considering it was an emergency appointment on a Saturday evening. The actual exam was quick and thankfully my little one was better off than anticipated so she didn’t require treatment. Discharge instructions are helpful and they reminded me to call with any questions or concerns which I appreciated. Overall, I’ll be adding this clinic to my emergency fridge list and would recommend to anyone who’s concerned their pet might be experiencing an emergency.

Exceptional, quality compassionate care. We had to take our Great Dane in on a Sunday and were a little nervous to see someone other than our regular vet. Everyone there from the doctors and nurses took great care of our Millie. She ended up needing emergency surgery and they saved her life!!! I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a caring office. They also helped us make it affordable.

I have a small mixed bread 3yrs young dog. Easy quick delivery. Birthed four rather healthy lively talkative pups. Need once over an 1st set shots. Concern is momma. Definitely deworm, under weight. Needs shots. May I get an estimate an house visit?

This is a vet ER. I would recommend a mobile vet that does primary care. They do not do house visits and unless you have other concerns dewormer and physicals should be performed in general practice. This keeps them available for emergencies. Good luck and hope you find an excellent mobile general practitioner DVM!
