Went for drinks and a little lunch at the bar in the back across the tracks great view. We went the bar while we waited for a table. Treated very well at the bar and we finally got a table after putting in our name and waiting and then we waited and waited and no one showed up so after A long wait and no service we just Left and went Back to Montecito It was a nice place with no help.

The path runs over the trans. Just walk down the path there is a ramp at the end. Then you should be on the beach.
The resort have 124 guest room and 37 beach suite. Total of 161
Nothing is ready yet but it's going to be better than before... we are working there right now.. putting in the trees and plants..
