They have BED BUGS!!!!! After a nightmare of waking up covered in bed bugs, the staff gave us the run around and forced to move to another room. Still working on a refund

1.- I rented for 2 nights. It turns out that they do not do cleaning or change the sheets, until I checked out. And if I had rented for longer, when would they have done cleaning? 2.- For the check in they had a room available until 5 pm but the check out had to be done at 11.00 am. :(
