Ordered a sausage McMuffin but the bread had half the top missing. Looked like someone took two large bites but I doubt they’d be that bold. Maybe just ripped off but a little better food prep should be done.

Check your order. 4 if the last 4 times this store has missed part of my order. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's constantly an issue. Today I even got the wrong order. So..whoever had my sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal, I hope it was good.

Went to the drive through around 1:35am. The lights were still on inside, there were a couple vehicles parked right in front, and the drivethrough is supposed to be 24hrs. I sat in the drivethrough for 5min without any response. As I drove away past the pay window, I could see through a mirror someone pop up as though they'd been ducking. Very disappointing, as this location usually has excellent service.

Please check your order after you get it from this location. At least in my case, this location has the tendency to “miss” items in the order. Not once but 3-4 times. Once might be a slip, but since this has happened multiple times, it’s concerning and I wanted to leave this feedback. Please ask your person delivering the food to check the order thoroughly before handing it over to customers. Not everyone can come back asking for a missing burger!!
