Order was extremely late with no communication. I had to constantly ask about my order and never got responses as promised. Finally when picking up my order I was rushed out the door with missing/defective product and the most hostile/aggressive attitude from office staff. They couldn't care any less about making sure the customer has what they order and view the customer as an inconvenience.

Unprofessional, rude, not responsive. They were supposed to fix a window for my house. Zero communication from their end and after trying so many times to reach them for a PREPAID job. The office manager Staci claims that she sees no calls from me. She also claimed some hypothetical communication with their technician that never happened in the first place try to charge extra. Once I was able to get someone on phone from their office and I was told they will talk with the technician and call me back for the reason why the job if being delayed . No surprise there was zero response. Just a disclaimer that the job is still incomplete. Be very careful unless you want to sign up for your MENTAL HARASSMENT from this company!!!

I would happily recommend Glass Guru to anyone. They get the job done and take care of the customer. If there is something slightly off, they don't wait for you to find it - they take the initiative to get it right. The owner came out as planned to review the job. I quickly had an estimate and time frame. My jobs were not an emergency. EXCELLENT service, polite and quality work. Job #1 the team of 2 came in and assessed the work area. They were able to replace the window, seal and clean up efficiently. They even took the time to explain what they were doing. Prices were also reasonable compared to 3 other bids. Job #2 was much more difficult since the window framing was damaged by a handyman. This team had the knowledge, creativity and the tools to do the whole job. They were also efficient and friendly. Photos attached of before and after. I still need to prime and paint trim. I am grateful and appreciate their talents and will definitely use them again. Prices were reasonable compared to 2 other bids. I am glad I chose Glass Guru. They and their work are dependable.
