This is a great apartment to live in Pros: - Friendly Management - Well maintained community - The layout of the apartment is really great. Nice huge open kitchen and appropriate sized bedrooms and bathrooms. - Lower rent compared to other nearby communities. - Good lease sign up deals and bonuses - Walkable distance to Safeway. - Close to Costco, Target, home depot and Fred Meyer - Drivable distance to Bear Creek P&R bus stop. Going to Seattle is a breeze if you are able to reach the bus stop before 8 am in the morning to find parking spots. Overall if you have a car, work locally and want to live peacefully this is the perfect place. Friendly Management and lower rent is a huge bonus which earned an extra star for the review.

I have had the pleasure working with Elevation apartments for 4 years now and it's been nothing but a positive experience! Taylor, the property manager and her team are always on top of communicating any needs throughout the community and treat our team with the utmost respect!

We just signed our second year's lease and really like it here. For the previous lease we had automatic payment set up, but I forgot to set this up for the new lease, despite a reminder email 1 month before my lease expired. So on the 6th of the first month of the new lease we get a late payment notice (I pay the lease that day and set up automatic payment), and a $200 fine. I talk to the friendly community manager in the hope of getting the fine waived but apparently the policy is that late fees can never be waived. That seems a bit rough for the first late rent payment after 13 months of on time payments. Makes me feel like management who makes these policies don't really care about their tenants.

Select Essex communities offer homes that may be considered rent controlled. Availability and leasing terms are subject to change at any time. Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household. To determine if the community you are interested in offers BMR options, please contact the leasing office for more information.
