I’m surprised at the negative comments. I’ve only ever had good experiences at this post office. Two of the male clerks are especially helpful and patient. Even when the lines are long I’ve never had to wait an extreme amount of time. I continue to frequent this branch because of the positive experiences I’ve had.

I wish I could give 0 stars or negative. One start it’s too much. I had an appointment for kids passports we tried to schedule for 2 months, finally I got on appointment, went with all family took off from work, and I got there and guess what not personal there. A list to call and let you know the appointment was canceled, nothing.

This is one of the worst USPS locations I have been to in America. The staff is highly inefficient. I went to this location for my fingerprint and waited in the queue for an hour in the morning. After hitting the counter, the representative told me to wait by the passport door. I stood there for nearly half an hour. The Asian guy at the counter yells at me that there is no one to take my fingerprints and I'll have to keep waiting. I waited for another half an hour and just left. Pretty ridiculous. Never visiting this location for sure.

USPS Redmond office staff was very helpful to locate my important mail which was delivered to old address. Supervisor madam took prompt action and requested mailman to retrieve the mail from old mailbox and called me when the mail was available to pick up from the USPS office. USPS Team- Thank you; I am grateful for your compassionate and quick support on this issue.

Post offices usually don't answer phones.
Unfortunately that's the way it's been for a long while now. Really as long as they are needed and paid what they are. They're not going to care, nor change. Theres no management I've ever seen trying to uplift the workplace or brighten that environment. It's always pretty dull in there. Could definitely use improvement, but they're consistantly busy with hundreds and hundreds of "problems," so easy to explain the lack of enthusiasm or care to even prioritize answering the phone, when it's just another problem.. Needs change? Yes, but where does this change come from?
Yeah, they put one of my Christmas presents in someone else's p.o. box, thank God the woman who messed up was working the day she heard me tell another teller that I was missing a package. They're always so understaffed and the lines are out the door. It's literally painful having to know I need to do business at that post office.
Call your local USPS office and start an investigation. They usually start it after 3 days of delivery
They will transfer it to ups. But, u may have to wait for the next sure post pickup by ups or till the internal transfer by usps completes and then picked up by ups.
Just add their name to the label inside your mailbox
They're close at 5pm.
With all the snow and slush I am sure they are doing the best they can. Maybe you could call and ask for redelivery? Just a thought. I'm sure they are super backed up because of the historic snow levels

Yes, but every other post office I've ever been in has them.. IMO your answer is not relevant to my comment.. type in Google search 1040ez post office.. You Will be served with innacurate information if you plan to visit this post office.. Also I tried calling them before I went there.. No answer for over 5 continuous minutes of the phone ringing..
i really want to know the Jeffrey Davis is a manger this branch or not bz i want to contact with him.
Nope.
The post office is closed on federal holidays but the lobby with the self service kiosk should be open.
Dont know. Best is to inquire with Redmond post office directly.
Yes if you know that mail has already reached the post office, you can call and tell them to hold delivery.
