I strongly recommend this place! I needed a CPAP badly, and the DME my Dr. used couldn't get one in for another month. Other places were also out of stock. Respshop had a few left in. There were some communication issues with my doctor's office, but whichever side had those issues (I was told different things by my doctor and them, but I like them both) was minor, because Respshop was amazing. Thanks again to Tasha (absolute sweetheart!) I was able to pick up my order the same day, despite getting caught up in slow traffic and being a bit late. This meant that I was able to start my CPAP therapy immediately, which is huge for me!! It was only possible because of their caring, which is rare for businesses. Most places would have just closed up on me, and left me without the medical device I needed over the weekend, as this happened on a Friday. So, Respshop's caring definitely stood out to me. Plus, Ashley also recommended a mask to me which fits well, and I can't unconsciously yank off at night. The last bit is very important—as I'm the type who could easily make that mistake, otherwise. Her expertise in masks was also extremely helpful. When I'd explained my concerns about mask comfort, sizing, and it needing to stay on despite tired me, then she quickly knew just what to recommend. Great interactions with each employee that I needed to speak with. I also spoke briefly with Anne, when ordering; she was also nice. Lastly, when I called, it was easy to get a human being on the phone. I called several other places before I found them, and I can't say the same about their competition. All around, a great experience buying my CPAP, mask, and filters from them!

The oxygen tubing with nasal attachments is so soft and flexible. I no longer have to worry if my nose if my nose is getting red and irritated. Very easy to use, simple attachment. Does not come apart or leave O2. I am very happy to have found the Respshop company. Fast shipping too.

Outstanding experience! I was nervous since I didn’t know the reputation or name of the company, but they did an amazing job! The package arrived in 3 days and the mask was perfect. I contacted customer service for a receipt and was answered within minutes by a representative. Will be using them moving forward. The price was also $75 less than everywhere else.

Please do not shop here. I ordered a replacement mask that was never delivered by their preferred shipper, USPS. I was told that they take ZERO responsibility for items not delivered. I am now out $45 and RESPSHOP is putting the responsibility back to me to sort out the delivery with USPS. I have a LOCKED MAILBOX. It was never delivered.
