This place was pretty busy for a Wednesday but we didn't wait too long. 20 minutes for a table for three. The food was incredibly yummy though and service was fast. There was a 90 minute limit on the table which I thought was interesting. Overall great Thai place.

They advertised their popular garlic fried chicken dish as “juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside”, but it tasted more like crunchy chicken jerky because it was so dry. The chicken curry’s flavor was ok, but the potato pieces were hard (almost raw) and the chicken was dry and flavorless. The pad Thai also didn’t really have much flavor besides salty. I can see why there’s no wait times when me and my girlfriend went on a Friday night. All in all, a pretty disappointing restaurant experience

The good. Ambience - I love the decor and the seating arrangements of this restaurant. The average - Service, Portions, Taste, Value of money - all these are average. The not so good - Spice levels, they don’t know what they are doing. I really like Thai food and have eaten much better than BaiTong. What I ordered and how I liked/disliked it - A typical order at any Thai restaurant that can never go wrong. 1. Tom yum soup - I’d rate this 3 on 5, the one I liked the most of my entire order. 2. Pad Kee Mao or drunken noodles - I’d rate this 2 on 5, a less than average taste n not as spicy as I’d expect a level 4. 3. Papaya Salad - completely ruined my experience of my favorite dish. No taste n completely bland when I had ordered a level 4. I believe they forgot to add spice. When asked, they dumped the entire bottle it seems and made it extremely spicy, which I don’t really mind, only if I could taste anything other than chillies. Staff - unfriendly.

We were not very impressed. You will get everything sweet even if you choose 4-5 spice level. Chicken thai curry was too sweet and too loud taste of coconut(i believe). Salad was good, fried rice and fish was good. If you are trying for the first time then explain your taste for level of sweetness n spice level. We were 5 people, a child(6years old) and an infant(5months old). They counted us as 6+ so revised the service rate percentage to double. They don’t have salt shakers(pouches can be provided on demand)

I enjoy their food. It's better than most Thai places and there are some good items that vegans or vegetarians can enjoy. That's always a challenge.
Yes
There's no dress code. You can wear jeans and t shirt if you wanted. The only thing is you do have to wear some kind of top and some kind of bottom with at least flip flops
