Super disappointed! My next day air package, which was expected to arrive this morning. It was once out for delivery but suddenly changed to need to verify my address because the address was “incorrect”, apartment number was “missing”. But when I tried to modify it, but only found the room number was clearly there! The customer service can provide nothing helpful, and we come to the conclusion that”it was not their fault”, and we can’t do anything but only wait for another delivery the next business day. Guess why people spend that much money to buy your NEXT DAY AIR service??

If I had any other option than UPS I would take it in a heart beat. They constantly lie about last drop off times, every location I've EVER been to the customer service sucks!!!! By far....the worst option when dealing with having to drop off my packages. But sadly, I don't always have the option of using them since my clients are the ones to choose their shipping options....seriously HATE UPS

Clearly the clerk didn't want to work there and was the least bit interested in helping. His mask was half way down. I gave him my driver's licence and he said it is too small and he cannot read it! Classic UPS! Why bother shipping with UPS? And this is their hub experience. After describing my experience of going to the access point only to find out it no longer functions as a UPS pick up point, he said if I have a problem, call the customer service.

Horrible communication with customer. Signature required package arrived at the destination station 3 days ago. Everyday there is a notification saying the package will be delivered the next day... for 3 days. Been waiting at home for 3 days. I would have just pick up at the station instead if they tell me they cannot deliver. One the tracking history the delivery exception was due to "severe weather". Man... today we have a severe sunny day! USPS is able to deliver rain or shine and even snow. What is going on with UPS?

Because Amazon has suggested you contact the shipper for a refund, it sounds like they already initiated an investigation and the package cannot be located. Without reviewing your tracking details, we cannot confirm that. If your package has not been scanned or updated within the last 24 hours, you will want to confirm with Amazon that an investigation was initiated. Sorry to hear this happened.
You can also call 1-800-pick-ups. The tracking number is very helpful for figuring out why. Although last week was due to inclement weather.

This is a drop off location. The drop box outside the customer counter is emptied when the customer counter opens mon-fri.

If I recall, they mail have some basic packing / mailing items but not the same setup as a UPS Store. If that was my main goal I would choose another location.
Likely for employee personal security reasons, it's not their responsibility to follow you outside and help out with awkward to load/lift boxes. Bring a friend if you expect boxes that are difficult for one person to lift/load.
