I have a package that left your location on February 10, at 3:05am. There has been no updates on the package since. I tried calling the 800 number but they were less than willing to try and track down the package. Anyway you can?

Alex McHugh, yes i have an answer. Simply, one of the package handlers probably forgot to scan the item, which means it is on its way, and you just dont know it.
