It's really hard to get to an actual person, they're customer service is horrible when it comes to actually talking to someone
I have a package at the Redmond center that’s been on a truck at least three times but not delivered. The reason in my UPS app says “severe weather event” but UPS delivered other packages yesterday!!! The residence has clear roads and a circle drive for easy come and go. Why hasn’t package been delivered? The package is a gift and perishable. Can someone at UPS
