This place is just what one can quote as a perfect example of a well built community with great reception and awesome maintenence staff. Repecca and Amber helped us all the way through our shifting process. James and Shane are always there to help us with any maintenence support needed. These guys can literally just fix any thing you need help with! This place is so comfortable and so hygienic 👌!!

I have lived in Station House for a little over 5 months and based on my experience so far, it’s definitely a 5-star place. What impresses me the most is the maintenance team here, especially Shane who takes ownership of residents experience and always exceeds my expectations. All of my maintenance requests were taken care of within 2 days even on weekends and well communicated. However, if anything holds me to renew the lease, here’s something I don’t fully enjoy: 1. The appliances are not new and actually they are much older than what building exterior looks like. Bunch of scratches on the stove, stains on the wall, etc. 2. My apartment was not thoroughly cleaned upon my move-in. I won’t disclose the details here but check it twice if you’re newly moving into the building so that they can help. 3. Parking garage requires a key to open, which is quite large and sometimes insensitive. It can be frustrating if someone waits behind. FYI, it’s $170/month for my spot(non-EV). 4. The patio is 90% of time useless for me as when it rains, the patio will be soaking in water and probably never dries out in Winter. Note that my comments are solely based on my unit which is a one bedroom w/patio facing 166th ave ne. Overall, my living experience at here is pretty great. I have lived in much newer apartments but I still had bad experience due to poor management, but at Station House I can confirm that the management team here is striving to bring the best experience for its residents.

Ok, I don't usually do reviews of apartments, but we've been living here for more than 1.5 years, and let me tell you, this is the single best apartment I've ever lived in. There are a lot of Pros, their attention to details is unmatched. SUPER Attention to Detail Pros: - Odor control is excellent, common areas are always well lit, nice, cleaned regularly, and smell great. You feel like you are in a resort. - They communicate before something is not working, and let you know they are fixing it. i.e. the elevators on the north side were being tested, we got an email two weeks before, one week before, and the day of the repair. If any utility is having issues, they usually let you know the moment they find out. That kind of transparency is refreshing and makes me feel comfortable compared to other properties that gaslight you and tell you everything's ok. - Even in the pandemic, they did a door decoration contest for haloween, grab and go bagels or free boba once in a while, nice touch to keep the community engaged. - When you move in, you get a nice detail welcoming to your apartment. Pros: - Maintenance: I kid you not, maintenance is FAST. like.... lightening fast. I've never had to wait for my maintenance concerns to be addressed, garbage never overflows, 100/100 best property maintenance ever. Shane and James are amazing. - Location, Location, Location, you can walk and take the 545 to Seattle, the 250 to Bellevue and Kirkland, and you have buses to everywhere a block or two away. 20 mins to Seattle with a car. I can go walking to several supermarkets, Redmond downtown, pastry shops (like Farine, Kringle, or starbucks), restaurants (prime house, matador, tipsy cow) and it feels hip and alive. - Super sound proof, I've never heard my neighbors. - No carpet in the aparment: Less dust and things to clean, I love having floor, and its also not cold. - Heating for winter, and AC unit on demand every summer. You can rent an AC from the office, and there is an AC port, you can also buy yours if you prefer. - Great views from both sides, calm and safe avenues nearby. - Has the Hilton 1 block away if you have extra visits. - Common areas have superb design. A big part of why I chose this apartment is because common areas feel and look REALLY nice. The fans on the ceiling, the lights and cleanliness is amazing. - Good, quality, stainless steel appliances. Cons: - Small Gym, i.e. the gym doesn't have a Squat bar. - 166th is a common avenue for Firetrucks and police to pass as the stations are nearby, with windows closed you won't hear them (Double paned windows!) but with them open it's somewhat annoying. - Parking spots are expensive and getting more expensive :'( - Not cheap Love it, 10/10 would rent again

I was very impressed at how quickly my concerns were addressed. The team got the work done quickly and did a great job. Always impressed with the team of employees here...professional and friendly. A winning combination! Shane does an excellent job at keeping things in top top shape and I appreciate how fast my request was done. 12/2021 UPDATE: James and Shane always go above and beyond to take care of any maintenance issues that arise. Any concerns I have are addressed very quickly, and they are both friendly and professional. Love living at Station House apartments and am so grateful for the wonderful team that make up the staff here. Shout out to Hart and Amber for always having a friendly hello as I walk through the lobby! The apartments are beautiful, the inside and outside of the complex are well maintained, garage parking is nice and I feel safe with the security measures in place. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live! Brenda D.

Questions & Answers

Does Station House have air conditioning?

Lauren Yelish | Aug 12, 2022
Station House (Owner) | Aug 13, 2022

Great question! Although the homes don't have AC, most floor plans have AC ports that a portable unit can easily be attached to without having to mess with a window vent. Also, since Station House is a brand new building built to the highest standards, it is quite well insulated! :)

Do you have a package system for the building?

Michelle Hayden | Aug 12, 2022
Station House (Owner) | Aug 13, 2022

Absolutely Michelle! In fact, Station House has a high-tech LuxerOne package room with controlled, 24/7 self-service resident access to make it easy to receive packages of all sizes on your own terms. No more waiting until the office is open to get your important deliveries!! :)
