Came from out of town on two different Saturdays to tour apartments and get information. Website states they are open at 10am, however, both separate attempts the person who is responsible for working at the main office has called out. Not a good look for this business. We have now decided to relocate elsewhere and after our experience and reading other’s reviews, I think we dodged a bullet here!

The women in the office are kind and helpful. Always smiles from them 😊.The views of the Olympic Mountains from Tumwater Hill are lovely. Rent is reasonable, cats allowed, no dogs (service only). The maintenance team is top notch thanks to their supervisor. He is the epitome of professionalism. A- My only complaint: grounds maintenance only maintains that which can be seen while driving/walking by apartments. If you live in a sub-level you will have to maintain the debris in the stairwell yourself (leaves, trash, spiderwebs) 《Fun fact! 😲》These are the only apartments that I know of that sponsor numerous community events. There are book clubs, walking clubs, social clubs, and even holiday events filled with beverages, food, snacks and even door prizes. There was a even a local painter who came and hosted a paint and sip one evening. The list of awesome activities continues to grow. This is a safe place to live with some of the residents being local and state law enforcement as well as a roaming on call security service for extra peace of mind. There are numerous walking trails, two fitness clubs and a new sandwich shop within a short walk. Update 28 March 2018: Some of these one ☆ reviews are from people who apparently either didn't live here, or did and were nightmare tenants themselves. Some folks live like farm animals and trash the place and wonder why they do not get a deposit back or have to replace carpet and have to pay to paint the apartment? 😕 Yikes! You signed an agreement to take care of the place. You are renting another person's property, so it is not yours to destroy. A bit of truth, this is a quiet community with lots of residents who are retired. You can't expect your neighbors to be all smiles if you come here being loud and disrespectful yourself. ✌

If there is a zero star or less I will give it. Worst apartment that I lived in ever. The office team members are rude and unhelpful even the maintenance guys are the worse. I lived there for 9 months. Don't even think about taking back you deposit. The are layer they took from me $800 deposit and also wanna more ! What a bad management?! Please there are many apartments near them and better than them by far. Run from them before they got you! Be safe and chose wisely.

We were very happy living there. Managers were always friendly, and helpful. Maintenance was always quick, friendly and thorough. Area was always kept immaculate and peaceful.

The pool opening season is May to September of every year. Many residents have their own apartment approved air conditioners that sufficiently cool their homes.
Yes, but it is pretty a small gym
Hello Farris Thank you for inquiring with Breckenridge. I am sorry we do not accept exotic animals such as monkeys, ferrets, reptiles, wild animals, rabbit, guinea pig, etc. If you would like more information. Please contact the community directly.
There are no elevators, but there are handicap accessible ground entry apartments.
