Load our trailer with the overweight and told to the broker that the driver's fault. That shipper was caught in a lie, we have a scale ticket as proof. Stay away from hauling the loads from that location.

Drivers: Pull up to the gate. Stop to make sure there are no pedestrians passing through the gate. Then, proceed *STRAIGHT* to the orange cone ahead or stay behind the truck in front of you. *STAY* in your truck and *WAIT* for a hostler to come to you to check you in and to give you further instructions. Be patient. It can be super busy here.

Got loaded quickly. Had a 1500 appointment got here at 1345. Loaded and out by 1530. Took longer to get my BOL than it did to get loaded.

Pull into gate and stop at line and wait. They'll come talk to you. Gate is NOT the line! DO NOT CUT SEAL. Concentrate delivery ALL the way around bldg. Yard guy SUPER NICE & will lead you back there. Easy back down into door. Be sure to get ALL paperwork, not only front page.
