One of the best, if not the best apartment complexes that I've ever had the pleasure of renting. The upkeep here is absolutely amazing, something is always being improved for the better at this complex. The women that work in the renter's office, Corina and Amber are absolutely amazing they go out of their way to help you out. The maintenance guys definitely have a lot of room for improvement though, I've had several issues with plumbing that still haven't gotten resolved, but as much attention as this complex gets for constant improvements I am completely amazed in the best way possible. These guys are absolutely great. I feel so lucky to be here, I have never seen a complex in all my years of renting that strives so much to constantly improve on something. Keep up the great job guys, you are absolutely awesome. Two thumbs up to your grat team.

Amber was great, service overall was good but how things got resolve was very unprofessional. Lots of misleading information leading up to me losing most of my deposit and paying for a extra month of rent unoccupied.

I've lived here for fifteen years and it's the best. Staff and office management are accessible and willing to listen and act on your requests or handle problems. The outside is amazing, beautiful sunsets from the overlook, lots of trees and shade, park benches, gated. I have a two bedroom and it's really nice especially for the price considering the rents of the new apartments around here. Love this place.

Hi Dave, We are planning to do some upgrades next year. Even though it may take a while until we get all the units done, please let us know if we need to handle any current maintenance repairs.
Hello Cynthia, we don't have any ARCH apartments; all our units are LIHTC apartments at 60% set-aside.
Hi Tina, You're correct about calling 911. During a power outage our elevators will be down and if somebody is inside the elevators they will need to call 911 to have Redmond or Bellevue Fire Department get them out. Thanks again.
