I did the 30 minute tour and our tour guide led us to 2 alligators. Florida weather had me sweating! And when the boat was moving it made me feel fresh π I did enjoy the ride! They had a bow and arrow area you could pay for, that was interesting to watch others shoot arrows at balloons. You could also feed the baby alligators! Overall enjoyed visiting this place and if time and money were free I would have loved to enjoy it longer!

Outstanding experience! Had sooooo much fun! Got to see a couple alligator nests and one mama gator and that was GREAT! I really appreciate Captain Andy giving us a fun experience. You can't get upset at the Guides if the gators don't show up. It's not like they talked to them, told them the schedule, and asked them to be camera ready. π€£ It was just good fun because we were with family and something fun to do. The entire experience was fun, including the mineral mining.

Love This! Captain Brandon was fabulous and obviously loves his job! Informative and fun! We were very fortunate to see four alligators and an amazing sunset. Wishing you as wonderful a time as we had. Sunset Cruise.

I paid $50 plus tax for one adult ticket for an hour airboat ride. We saw one alligator that was about 4ft-5ft in length, a small snake and lots of birds. I personally was hoping to see a lot more than one small wild alligator. They give you ear protectors (that are not sanitized after each use) and you can't hear the boat captain unless he turns off the engine. It would have been nice to have headsets where the boat captain could talk to everyone on the boat and explain and point out things as we're cruising along. They do have a restaurant and gift shop on site. They also have a little enclosure with about 15 small alligators in it. They have a small theater like area with native American artifacts and have some kind of show there periodically, (that you have to pay for additional tickets to see) I did not see it. They have a wooden trough with water flowing through it that you can "pan for minerals," (which you also have to pay additionally for) it looks like it's mostly meant for kids. The staff were friendly. This is my first time here so I don't know if it's always like this, but from this one experience I would not come back or recommend this airboat tour. I understand the business does not control the wild alligators, but when people are coming to see wild alligators and paying $50+ to do it, I'd expect to see some or at least receive some sort of discount or partial refund if not.

Depends I have never booked longest wait we had was 30 mins. That was in October when we normally visit.
Morning
I wouldn't personally as you have to where head phone's and this would annoy a one year old and then spoil the experience for the adult as wouldn't be able to enjoy the trip.
Yes but they need to be able to To put on the noise canceling headphones. There is a giant fan that propels the boat and it's quite loud. they need to be accompanied by an adult at all times to.
The gift shop is small, but has everything you would want. Try the Alligator. You will like it.
It is an in an incredible spot but to drive from Miami is pretty ridiculous, but if that's what you want to do, knock yourself out! I'm sure there's many other spots, closer to Miami!
Yes
There's a public boat launch there; seen numerous individuals launching & loading
Yes you can and it's worth it to go in and check out the restaurant too!
All props with a cafe, gift shop, and a few activities (archery, rock find, some animals, a few games). There is also a story teller that talked about history of the native Americans in central Florida that stated he was of native American decent.
Not required. But if you do not have a reservation it is first come first serve. So you might have to wait until the next boat goes out.
We saw several wild ones out on the lake, both adults and baby ones in the nursery. The babies were really hard to spot because off their camouflage colouring but the pilot of the boat had a trained eye and expertly pointed them out. We went on the one hour trip and thought it well worth it. Personally I was every bit as excited to see the birds.
Free parking. Lots of room!
It depends where you buy a ticket. I recommend taking a look to Groupon. Much cheaper as if you buy it there.
Yes they have oppen bookingen, when you arrive you can bey Ticket to the next boat.
Best to pre book to guarantee a place, but you can just turn up. It's a long drive to it if they have no time slots available. Well worth it
You might get a little wet but it's a mist not a splash
I think they were open until like 8pm you can call there and set up reservations and ask for time's they are very friendly.
Contact the Florida tourism beaura, or a parks department, Google also works for me, I don't live in Florida that's the best I can do, cheers.
Yes. About $30 each. Food is also reasonable too. Cheese steak sandwich and a drink about $16.
We had a voucher, and just showed up on the day and they gave us a time slot. We had about a half hr wait.
These boats are big usually holding 14-16 people but there are a few little ones for 5-10 people
Don't remember how long we were on the boat - we bought a go city card for Orlando for the 3 days unlimited places and it was an option on it - great value for the money spent - we were not here over half of a day touring the exhibits they had and riding the boat but it was a lot of fun and we had a good time
It would be better. That way you won't waste any time to go somewhere else
I've seen some pretty small kids on the boat. One would need to see if you can protect the ears from the fan noise with regular ear protection. Eyes could be solved by facing your baby the opposite direction.
