I love my people but consistency is definitely an issue in Haitian cuisine. It can be good one day and tomorrow it taste like garbage juice. Another problem is no matter what you order, Haitians are going to give you whatever they want without asking if it’s okay. For example if they’re out of white rice they’ll give you black rice and not say anything. I asked for stew chicken and these people gave me fried chicken with a side of sauce in a separate container. I ordered Patties two weeks ago and they were paper weights, no, they were Weapons. Rock hard and super burnt. If google would let me upload a video you would see for yourself. Today, they were okay. The problem today is cleanliness. I can taste the half washed pots y’all used. I can taste some type of detergent. The beans today were absolutely horrible. They tasted like they were mixed with something that was spoiled and soap. Also, fix y’all Pikliz. I’m eating straight vinegar and cabbage. I don’t taste shrivel of hot pepper. Season that mess! That was horrible and traumatizing.

I must say first time ever having haiting food, AMAZING. little hole in the wall, but I must say amazing food, the fist, the fried pork, the legumes. And the goat. I recommend this place
