Dr. Jill was awesome! The while staff is very compassionate. We had to have our German Shepherd put down and they came to the truck put her in the stretcher and buckled her in. The people her treat your fur babies like humans! Amazing job! 5 plus stars

It's rare to come across a physician who promotes the best possible care and treatment for your dog without the promotion of expensive meds or surgeries. This was found in Dr. Vope. She is caring, efficient, knowledgeable and explains her findings in a way we can understand. She doesn't rush the appointment and makes sure to give you and your pet her full attention. I have been here before and the prices were reasonable and my experience was fine. But today, I received nasty customer service. I had an appointment that I was running late for. I did give them a call and the lady over the phone sounded annoyed and rudely spoke to me. I was running about 15min late and when I told her she scoffed and said "well the doctor is going on lunch so try to hurry here" when I got there we apologized for our tardiness explaining we live a little far (about 35-40min away) and she rolled her eyes and said "well the appointment was at 11:30 but I'll talk to the doctor" at that point, I was really upset with her attitude. She informed us the doctor could not be late for her lunch and that they were understaffed and double booked so I had to completely reschedule. I told her to just cancel it and left. I wasted over an hour round trip for nothing. A courtesy call back to let me know I wouldnt be seen would have been appreciated. I understand I was late but I did call to let them know and the front desk lady already knew I wouldnt be seen because I came late so I don't understand why she had me waste gas going all the way over there. I would've been fine to turn around, go home and reschedule over the phone. But because of the awful customer service I received, I will NOT be going to that location ever again.

Service was okay. I chose to spay my pet elsewhere as many of the staff seemed to be volunteer based. They were very affordable if you can afford to wait slightly longer time.
