Worst grooming service ever. 70 $ for nothing. He was wet At the check out, he wasn’t smelling good, no brushed at all and they still ask for a tip, that’s crazy lol. 4 hours for nothing. Stay away.

I tried the self service wash area for the first time and it was Great! This was truly the best, easiest, most enjoyable bath Betty, my 92 lb. Fur factory and I ever had. She had no trouble entering or exiting the tub area. The water temperatures were perfect and the shampoo/ conditioner and rinse worked fine. The towels were clean and plentiful. The blow dry hose was entertaining and worked good too. She actually enjoyed the experience. Thanks to Petco and all the staff for making this possible. We will be back!!!
