I had an appointment for 9:15 am and I was there in time. The technician did the x-ray 20 minutes after we arrived which it was good. Then I had to wait for 3 and a half hours so the doctor can come a read the results. There were people who came after me and leave before. They have no organization and they know it but they don’t care.

I've been bringing my dog here for years and they have care for him dearly. They always treat me with respect and tell me what they need to do up front and quote me with what I need before they do it. I brought my cat here and they took really good care of her too. This is my vet. They take really good care them and they are really sweet with them. They might not always answer the phone when I call but they always call back when I leave a message.

I used to take my dog at the other location at John Young since she was a puppy, they were exceptional. But since they moved to the bigger space at OBT their services has been terrible and the prices has gone up a lot. Last time my husband took my dog there for allergies, he waited 3 hours with an appointment and got a $400 bill. We won't go back there again!

Terrible attention, the girls at the front are very rude and rude. The waiting time is totally unacceptable, like 1 hour to be transferred to a room where you have to wait another hour and a half for the doctor to come in. (The doctor is very cool, attentive, knowledgeable and very affectionate with my pet). or they have few staff or they take care of more pets than they have capacity, they should better channel the attention, in any case it is not necessary to be rude, and impolite with whom we maintain the business. very unfortunate

Don't let the building's relaxed outlook discourage you from going in, friendly staff and competitive prices is best. I take my 2 dogs there, never a problem.
There's different prices they don't have a set amount when you take your dog in they usually ask if you want a check up for the dog or just the shots

My dog is 7 lbs and for her it was $130 but that's NOT including the exam which is $40. They're going to examine your dog first before performing an x-ray. However, I don't know if the x-ray price is based on the dog's weight or not, so you should call them for more details about the prices. Since your dog might be feeling pain, I don't know how much they're going to charge you for pain medication. Make a regular appointment because an emergency appointment is $92 (emergency fee is $52 and exam is $40).
