I made an appointment online and it was an emergency however when I got there the door was locked and I was standing in the heat for a while. Then after that, I was finally able to get inside and there was no record of my appointment. I pulled out my confirmation email and still nothing. They gave me another appointment two days later when my pet needed to be seen that day. Now I have to take my pet to an animal hospital. Very unhappy

I really want to rate my experience here more but it was just not what I thought it should be… the veterinarian was a sweet lady and really informative. I spent over $100 and nothing was done to help my cat. What really made this experience mediocre was my encounter with the front desk girl, I think communication is everything and as a front desk worker I think it’s crucial to inform times!!! I’m extremely fair, I was told to drop off my cat @ 8:30 in the morning and do a pick up after an hour or so. I waited till around 10:15 and called in for a follow up and was told the vet was looking at my cat and would call me back in 20 minutes. I waited till 10:45-10:50 and proceeded to go in and just pick up my cat bc I had to be at work and had no idea it was going to take longer (miscommunication) . I go in and the front desk girl tells me then that the vet doesn’t come in till 10 am??? But why drop off my cat @ 8:30 am for the vet to come in and see appointments that were made when my cat at that point has been there already?? After all of that, the following day the same girl calls for a follow up which was nice but seems sarcastic when I ask her what the shot they gave my cat was supposed to do and she says “ well it’s not the magic wand from Harry Potter it’s not going to work right away” ??? Like ? Why is that necessary? You’re the professional in this instance and should be Informing me?? That’s why I asked! She seems impatient and lacks common sense. Like she wants a rise out of you but unfortunately I’m above that nonsense. Do not recommend!

Amazing staff very friendly and caring. Moved to Kissimmee from Davenport FL and we needed a vet for our dog as she development an issue that needed to be seen. Did not want to drive all the way to Davenport so I went online and found tender hearts. It was amazing to be able to book online so easy and simple and was able to get an appointment right away. The price is amazing as well very reasonable. Will be returning and I highly recommend ❤️
