A well-run, helpful, and thorough dermatology office! Everyone was kind and explained everything well from the beginning to the end of my visit. Dr. Sean and the nurse staff were polite and friendly. The procedure was painless, quick, and care instructions were explained well too. I’ll be returning again and recommending this office to friends and family. Golden Rule: Treat others with kindness and respect, and you’ll find more people echoing those sentiments back to you. If you’re pushy, rude or impatient with medical staff, you’re just making their job harder and slowing down effective treatment. Don’t do that. This office does their job well and I’m grateful for them!

Was referred to them by my primary care Doctor. Was told they would contact me for an appointment. 4 months later they sent me a message to say they are to busy and short staffed to see me. I need to contact someone else. Good thing this was not an emergency

Still sitting back in the room for my daughter, her mask is off and that's fine but I pulled mine down for a second to avoid a panic attack( PTSD, having something stuck to make face tends to bug me) and I get lectured like a child about their policies by Jami, when I tried to explain I just needed TEN SECONDS to catch my breath I was very rudely interrupted. Most of the questions were refered to my 10 year daughter instead of me, the parent. No professionalism at all! Maybe I'll change my mind after the rest of this appointment....UPDATE! just finished the appointment and they refused to help my daughter despite her pain and discomfort and refused to write an excuse for the mask so it's not rubbing all day long at school! The doctor "Shawn" actually had the audacity to say "would you rather she dies from COVID-19 or has a mole?" Absolutely unacceptable!! How can you be that unprofessional especially in front of a child, now she thinks her choices in life are suffer with the pain and bullying from having a mole on her face or to due from covid!!!!
